Plus 3 Fitness
Plus 3 Fitness is a workout program designed by Keith Cedro, Athletic trainer for the 1986 World Series Champion New York Mets. Cedro designed a push up bar for youth athletes that allowed them to target the specific muscles necessary to remain healthy while playing sports. Cedro’s mission is to create a convenient new work out program that will help youth athletes remain healthier. I partnered with Cedro to create short form social media content and brand films.
