Living Sport San Francisco Super Bowl LX Program
Living Sport is an International Sports Business Program. Alicia Marinelli founded Living Sport with the vision of offering mentorship she wished she had when she entered her career in the sports world. The Goal of the program is to provide mentorship for professionals looking to enter the sports industry. The 10 day program provided participants with a 3-Day professional development seminar that equip them with the skills required to have a successful career in sports. After the workshop ended, participants used their skills to take part in various Superbopwl Week actives. This included Networking Events like the Woman in Sport’s Power Brunch and Genentech Champions for Brain and Health Fireside Chat, Media opportunities including Superbowl Media Day for the New England Patriots, and guerilla marketing campaigns for QB54, the ultimate tailgate entertainment product. Participants then spent their weekend at Superbowl training, as they were prepared for the various operations roles they would play during the Superbowl. The program also provided incredible networking opportunities for both participants and mentors. I served as a mentor on the digital media team, where my role was to capture footage of all activities and edit into short form social media content. I also used my experience in event production to educate my team on how execute an event like a pro.
